My name is Micah Buczek and I am a Real Estate Professional and Broker/Owner of Harvest Realty Inc, serving in the greater Grand Junction & Mesa County areas in Colorado.
This is my personal business site which is a great way to get to know me, overview my background and provide a gateway into establishing trust, rapport, and respect.
The cornerstone of my business if built upon three pillars of excellence, integrity & honor. The core of everything that I do for my clients is built upon these core values with the intent to go above and beyond for my people; every-time.
These foundational values demonstrate my commitment to my profession and my commitment to my clients. My clients come first. I absolutely love what I do, and moreover I genuinely care about the people who I have the opportunity to partner with.
My entire professional life has consisted of a rich sales background, reaching all the way to the days of my childhood. I have a cumulative sales background of over 15 years of sales. My cooperate background as a top account executive in the Fortune 500 doing B2B sales has also greatly enriched my sales & negotiation background. Real Estate has remained a deep passion to serve others and enable them to find loving homes for their families.
My hobbies include playing music (guitar/piano/vocals) writing songs, worship music, soccer, board games (anything competitive) and enjoying time with family and friends.

Myself, my wife Kimberly, and our two children Carter and Kailey live in Grand Junction, Colorado. We are surrounded by family whom we love dearly, and we enjoy the outdoors, playing music, and living life to the fullest. My wife Kimberly Buczek has a passion for photography and does masterful work on with all of our listings and marketing. Carter and Kailey do an amazing job at being supremely cute, and they are our absolute pride and joy.

Miguel Lancheros is a proud husband and father of two growing young men. He has served the Grand Valley for the past 18 years working in the automobile industry as a top salesman. He is extremely bright and intelligent; hard working, and always puts the needs of others first. Miguel is originally from Bogota, Colombia and is a fluent Spanish speaker!
